Islamabad: Pakistan Science Foundation (PSF) organized “Invention and Innovation Support’ on Saturday to promote development of new technologies in the country for the well being of the nation. The program invited various young graduates to present their innovation technological developments.
Agha Waqar Ahmed, a Khairpur based engineer presented the kit that he had made. According to young man, the kit by utilizing water as fuel can make cars to cover 40 km/liter mileage while bikes can cover up to 150 kilometer.
The fascinating thing about this kit is that it can be fitted into the engine with no alterations needed, using water as the fuel to run the vehicle.
On the occasion, the engineer appealed to the government authorities to direct financial assistance to him so that his invention can gain a boost through commercialisation.This kit would help to combat the energy crisis our country is going through, the young inventor said.
Chairperson of PSF, Dr. Manzoor Soomro has requested the MoST (Ministry of Science and Technology) Secretary Akhlaq Ahmed Tarar in a meeting organized by Most to provide financial assistance to the engineer so that he can carry out his project at broader level.
