Islamabad: Government of Pakistan has decided to reduce the Petroleum and CNG prices on Monday (2nd April) after raising it to 105.68(petrol) and 80.97(CNG) yesterday. The prices are expected to be lowered to about 3 to 11 rupees per Liter or Kg.
The Ministry of Oil and Gas has taken the decision after serious protest by the general public and media, private news channel reported. The citizens’ angers arose when OGRA (Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority) raised the prices up to sky which was unbearable for the ordinary poor public of the country.
Earlier, The Government of Pakistan increased the price of petroleum products and CNG which took effect from 1st April, 2012.
