Islamabad: Dismissing all the pressure and demands from the party leadership, senior leader Awami National Party (ANP) and Federal Minister for Railways Ghulam Ahmed Bilour has yet again refused to resign from the Ministry post. He is facing severe criticism from the party workers, other parties and the international world over his bounty statement and the corruption during his time period in the Railways.
However, Bilour said in his defense that the loss in Railways is not because of him lonely but result of the poor policies of the previous governments.
According to the sources, ANP is facing severe criticism due to the party leader’s corruption in the railway department and the on ground workers of the party also demand him to resign from the ministry post. They said that the people laugh at ANP because of the boundless corruption and failures in railways.
In reply to the demands, Bilour said that he would not resign from the post as he is not only responsible for the catastrophic situation and if he resigns the critics would label him as the only culprit.
