The Institute of Business Administration (IBA) Karachi is organizing a workshop on ‘Challenges for Entrepreneurial Leadership’ from 15th December till 16th December 2014. The workshop will be held from 9AM till 5PM on both the days at the Aman CED building, IBA Main Campus. The workshop will be conducted by Prof Bob Stringer who holds an MBA degree from Harvard Business School. Those who are interested can register for Rs 40,000. The fee can be deposited at any branch of UBL. The deposit receipt should be then emailed to the registrar risrar@iba.edu.pk.
Prof Bob Stringer has been in the academic since 15 years. He was a faculty member at the Harvard Business School and is now a part of the Babson College in USA. He has also founded the Crimson Seed Capital which is operating as a capital firm and now manages 18 companies related to health, wellness and e-commerce. This workshop has been arranged specifically for young entrepreneurs, family business owners, women entrepreneurs and new starters. Prof Bob Stringer will teach with the help of Babson College SEER model, entrepreneurial leadership Wasserman’s deck and John Kotter’s deck.
The workshop will be held in three phases. The first phase will show how to start, the second phase will deal with the construction phase of an enterprise and the third will deal with the realizing value.
