Spinach is among the most beneficial vegetables. Other green leafy vegetables include broccoli and cauliflower. Spinach protects cerebral cortex and increase blood flow to our brain, this is because of vitamin C and beta-carotene.
Cauliflower provides 77% of our daily requirement of vitamin C, 20% of vitamin K and many other nutrients. In 2012 a study was published in ‘BioFactors’ which revealed that cauliflower positively influences cognitive function and protects brain from stress & inflammation.
