Cherry is known for its healthy benefit but do you know how beneficial it is for people with high blood pressure and those who are having cardiac problems?
A new research is claiming that 60 ml of cherry juice will decrease blood pressure by 7% in 3 hours, they are recommending that people with high blood pressure should include it in their daily diet plan.

But the research is being criticized because it is based on observation of only 15 people which is insufficient to make such huge claims. It is being said that many other factors may have been involved in decreasing the chances of diseases and not only cherry juice.
The effect of cherry needs further observation with sample size of at least thousands of patients.
