Many people especially teenager and young adults in their early twenties sleep without eating dinner, they think skipping dinner is not a big deal but the reality is this can affect your health.
Night sleep is a natural way through which our body refreshes itself and our different organs rest including our brain, which though work but the work during sleep is itself a way to reduce stress.
Another problem is that hunger pain in night means you will not be able to get a proper sleep which disturbs your whole routine. Your digestive system will also be disturbed along with the mental disturbance which sleeping hungry gives you.
Recent researches indicate that not getting proper sleep also weakens your immune system because of which many diseases such as fever, flu and even cancer can easily attack your body. So always have dinner before going on bed.
