A new research has linked the problem of snoring with the heavy traffic and fumes and pollution from traffic. The research was done by Researchers at Bergen University of Norway who studied the sample of 12,000 people.
[junkie-alert style=”green”] The research revealed that 25% of men have snoring problem with those living near traffic zones having far higher risks than others. The result of research was revealed in European Respiratory Society (ERS) which was attended by 20,000 doctors and researchers.
The leading researcher Ane Johannessen said “It is likely that air pollution can cause snoring through airway inflammation”
While Professor Stephen Holgate said that pollution from traffic also impacts our lungs in a similar way like smoking 10 cigarettes.
So changing your house from traffic zone to a peaceful greener environment not only ends the snoring but will also make you healthier.
