Caribbean Airlines Crashes In Guyana, No Deaths

A plane which flew from New York crashed at Guyana’s main Airport Cheddi Jagan International Airport, Georgetown. But there were no deaths but only injuries.

The Caribbean Airlines Boeing 737-800 flight BW-523 from New York was broken into two pieces on landing. It had 163 people on board.

The plane overruns the runway because of wet weather.

After the crash there was a chaos at Airport. Guyana’s president Bharrat Jagdeo said that “We are very, very grateful that more people were not injured.”
