Here are the following positions:
The ideal candidate for this position should be responsible for managing all functions and staff of the branch and provide quality service to the customers. He/She should be responsible for branch acquiescence with bank policies, procedures, and operational integrity. The qualified candidate should have MBA degree in banking finance from a HEC recognized university with 10 years’ experience of commercial, retail and corporate customers.
Branch Operations Manager:
He/She should be able to deliver efficient and effective services to the customers of the branch by ensuring all operational functions are completely and properly performed by the staff. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of all bank products and services demonstrate diplomacy and working with a diverse staff, risk management and basic banking principles. 5 years commercial banking experience and 2 years’ experience as a operation manager is required.
The Bank of Khyber is seeking a qualified individual for their growing community development who will be responsible in handling asset/ credit portfolio under the supervision of the branch manager. The ideal candidate should have experience relevant to credit and retail business in a commercial bank.
General Banking Officer:
He/She shoud be able to identify customer needs and can answer customer enquiries. The ideal candidate should be able to ensure efficient and effective delivery service to the customers.
The qualified candidate should have deep knowledge of AML/CFT regulations and can work as an independent person that reviews and evaluates compliance issues of the branch. He/She must have 3 years minimum experience as a compliance officer or as a compliance officer in an Islamic bank will be preferred.
The candidate must be able to carry out cash transactions with rules and regulations of the SBF. The deal candidate must have 2 years’ experience in relevant field.
