BMW Pakistan customers are not satisfied with Dewan Motors after late delivery of vehicle and request of additional payment which only resulted because of the late delivery.
In Pakistan BMW vehicles are booked & delivered through Dewan Motors but recent social media posts are raising questions on the service provided by Dewan Motors.
A disappointed customer Ovais Suhail alleged that he booked a car in May 2017 with delivery date of September 2017 but even in December 2017 the car is not delivered to him. He said that the car is at Karachi port and he is being requested to pay an additional amount to adjust the increase in custom duty.

After the post on their official account attracted attention MBW-Dewan apologized for the delay and inconvenience claiming that the complain is forwarded to concerned department. But despite their assurance customers were not satisfied.
Another client Umar Najeeb also narrated a similar story claiming that he booked a car with a delivery date after 5 months but the car was delivered after 11 months with an additional extra duty.
