In a technical research university of Berlin, Germany researchers has introduced a platform where you can send and receive sound emails. The messages will go flying to the person whom they have been sent to. No device will be used in the process of sound emails. The receiver will receive the flying messages and also has the option of which mail to listen or which one to discard. All the process will in done in air.
It was practically tested by the developers in a big hall. In the hall they made long rings of at least 56 speakers. In the experiment hyper-intelligent audio processing algorithms along with 16 cameras that are able to recognize gesture of a person were placed. Specific individuals were targeted to whom the sound was to be delivered.
This is a very interesting and also important technology in various aspects. It could be used in big hotels to provide specific music to the person who wishes to hear it. It can also help people in many other ways. This technology works in smart rooms.
Human computer interaction specialist and a professor, Mr. Jorg Muller has said that this technology can be useful in making smart rooms and a day would come when smart houses would be developed.
