SCIENTISTS from Chicago observed and tracked 518 people for decades to conclude that not taking care of your health in 20’s will cause problem for people in 40’s. The conclusion was based after observing these people for three long decades.
People in twenties don’t care for their cholesterol level, blood pressure or other health issues. These problems become severe when they start getting old after 40.
The most devastating affect was on human brain which started shrinking after 40 if proper healthy lifestyle was not maintained. People who followed a lifestyle with low sugar, low cholesterol, low fat and regularly exercised had reduced risk of brain shrinkage.
The research was conducted by a team of researcher led by Dr Michael Bancks from University Feinberg School of Medicine in Chicago.
