Get proper rest.
If you miss anything you will not be able to get the maximum result because our body is programmed in a certain way. Some people focus too much on weight lifting, while other are too conscious about their diet while others don’t get proper rest.
When you lift heavy weights your muscles are teared apart which is filled up with new muscles. But if your diet is not sufficient then you will not be able to build the muscles.
Similarly the muscles need proper rest and time to grow if you are weight lifting and eating but don’t get proper sleep & rest then forget that you will be able to gain muscles in short time.
