Karachi: Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) owners and transporters are making fun of the people of Metropolitan by not decreasing transport fares and by shutting down the CNG pumps. recently after the orders of Supreme Court of Pakistan the price of CNG was decreased by RS 30.90.
According to media reports, after the load shedding of CNG from 9 am on Saturday to 9 am on Sunday, Approximately 90% of CNG owners don’t open their CNG station and give the justification that they had no electricity and the pressure of gas was very low.
Meanwhile, majority transporters used CNG as a buses fuel but also charged high fares to public. Chairman Transport Association Irshad Bukhari said that the implementation of new fares prices will start from today (5th November).
