Islamabad: The Senate Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs has welcomed the decisions of government regarding the boycott of Bonn Conference, to vacate Shamsi Airbase from US and blocking of NATO supply over the issue of NATO aggression and the committee has said that the government should keep stand on its position on every cost. The meeting of committee was held at parliament house on Wednesday which was chaired by Chairman of the Committee Salim Saifullah Khan.
The committee offered Fatiha for the martyrs of Salalah check post in the beginning of the meeting and severely condemned the incident. The committee showing its reservations maintained that government has not given a strict reaction of over the drone attacks, and condemned the allegation of former foreign minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi on President Asif Ali Zardari over the issue of safety of nuclear weapons and rejected his statement.
