A partial lunar eclipse will be observed in the world including from Pakistan on July 16, 2019. Citizens from Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and other cities can observe it if they know the correct timings of the eclipse.
If the sky is clear then people can observe the chand grahan for many hours on 16th and 17th July. The starting time in Pakistan is 11:43 PM of 16th July (Tuesday) until 5:17 AM of 17th July (Wednesday). The maximum start timing is 2:30 AM on 17th July.
This timing is applicable for all major cities of Pakistan including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar, Quetta, Multan, Bahawalpur, Faisalabad, Hyderabad, Sukkur, Gilgit and other cities.

It is the second and the last lunar eclipse of 2019 which means the last chance for you to observe it. Previously a complete lunar eclipse was observed at the start of the year in January.
This time it will be visible in most part of the world including most parts of Asia, Africa, Australia, Europe, and South America.
