It revealed that just 10 minutes exercises will increase your life by 1.8 years, just 10 minutes daily!
Another study published in New England Journal of Medicine said that there is no need to exercise hardly, just a walk or hiking daily makes you healthier.
This research was based on study of 6,000 adult man which concluded that moderate workouts makes you fit even if you are a smoker or you are fat, rather than those who do not exercise even if they don’t smoke or are not fat.
