Yemen will face world’s worst famine in decades if Saudi Arabia doesn’t ends its blockade that is restricting aid to the war torn country, warns United Nations.
Saudi Arabia along with its allies has imposed air, land and sea blockade to force houthi rebels but the blockade is not working on rebels rather common citizens are being affected by the blockade.
According to UN millions are on the brink of death and the crisis is becoming catastrophic which needs world attention. They believe it will be worse than the 2011 Somalia famine which killed more than 200,000 people.

But it is unlikely that Saudi Arabia will remove the blockade before gaining something from the rebels who Saudi Arabia alleges recently fired a ballistic missile towards Riyadh Airport.
The current war between houthi and Saudi Arabia is resulted in deaths of 10,000 people and 7 million people are in need of food assistance.
