Chief Minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif extends last date to submit applications for Yellow Cab Scheme. Now Last date to submit for is August 15, 2011. CM also eliminates FA (Intermediate Education) and One year license terms. Now minimum education limit is Matric and there is no license limit for applying in yellow cabs scheme.
Earlier, Taxi drivers’ union demands to eliminate FA condition from yellow cab which was accepted by Punjab government. Taxi drivers union also demands decrease in taxi Advance payment.
