If you read the resolution report of the APC , on point number 6 it says We should also focus on internal economic and tax reforms as well as resource mobilization and the curbing of corruption.
My question is that majority of the parliament do not give taxes and the President himself have got corruption charges on him so in my opinion its just a paper work what they have done nothing is going to change until this government exist.
