UBL has also launched its net banking mobile app that will make banking convenient for its customers. The UBL account holders will only need to be connected to the internet and they will have all the options of accessing the various banking service. The application will allow the users to manage their account, transfer funds and pay their bills. This means that the users can manage their finances with security anywhere at any time just in their palms.
The application’s primary advantage is the 24 hours access of the bank account holders to their accounts. They can pay their bills and transfer funds anywhere without the limitation of time and conveyance. This eliminates the worries of the account holders to take time out for utility bills, as nowadays working hours are getting tougher and people hardly get time to carry out their normal routine activities. The application will make certain options readily available for the user. So there will be no need to type n the URL and then search for that specific page. This application will provide an instant connection.
The application will allow the user to manage multiple accounts, view account statements, access credit card and loan accounts, pay utility bills, pay broadband and mobile bills, buy pre-paid vouchers and top-ups, transfer funds to UBL Bank Accounts, transfer funds to any 1-link member bank in Pakistan through IBFT service and transfer funds to UBL Omni Accounts across Pakistan.
The application can be used on an android phones with ice-cream sandwich or above operating system and an at least 100MB free memory. The app can be downloaded from Google Play store and Apple store. The user scan log on to their account through their net banking log in ID and password. Those who don’t have it will need to subscribe to this service. The service has been provided in a secure environment with additional security measures to give convenience to its customers.
