- Click on ‘Complaints’ icon at the front page or select online complaint from ‘Contact Us’ at right side of the index.
- Fill the Complaint form by providing your details, which include:

-Phone Number
-Email
-Concerned Department
-Details of Complain
After successful submission of complaint a ‘Complaint Number’ will be issued. Note down the complaint number as it will be required later.
