United Arab Emirates Minister for Foreign Affairs Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan has said that beside the refusal of Pakistan to reconsider its decision to vacate Shamsi Airbase, the friendly relations between UAE and Pakistan will not disturb at any cost.
Addressing a press conference at Dubai on Thursday he said that UAE wants that the issue should be solved through dialogues, adding that UAE knows that we would not compel Pakistan to reconsider its decision to vacate Shamsi Airbase.
It is worth mentioning here that the foreign minister of UAE during his visit to Pakistan hold an important meeting with President Asif Ali Zardari in which the president made it clear that the decision to get vacate Shamsi Airbase is the decision of Defence Committee of Federal Cabinet and he is unable to change the decision.
