President Pakistan Muslim League and Chairman Senate Foreign Relations Committee Senator Salim Saifullah Khan while presenting his party stance in All Parties Conference urged upon the government to convey its message in strongest possible words to USA that no military action in North Waziristan would be carried out upon external pressure.
The chairman said that decision regarding military action in North Waziristan would be taken by military and civil leadership of Pakistan keeping in view national interest.
The president of PML said that, “Foreign policy never remains static rather it is always dynamic and keeps on changing with the changing circumstances.
The senator urged that Government should review its foreign policy while keeping in view the changing scenario of the region.
He also said that joint committee of the parliament should be constituted to review all important policy matters and prepare comprehensive report based on useful suggestions regarding policy matters with in three months to present it before the government and the government then carry out measures to implement the said suggestions in letter and spirit.
