Until a few years ago, people did not comprehend the idea of paternity leave. This is not the case anymore. The PTCL Group recently implemented 6 months of maternity leave and 30 days of paternity leave policy.
The policy offers generous time for new mothers and fathers to establish strong bonds and nurture their newborns by taking advantage of fully compensated maternity and paternity leaves, respectively. To enhance flexibility and convenience, fathers can opt for staggered paternity leaves within the initial year following childbirth.
The policy gives new parents plenty of time to spend with their new babies. Mothers can take paid time off to care for their babies, and dads can too. Dads can choose to take staggered leaves during the first year after the baby is born.
How Does Paternity Leave Help New Parents?
