The National Crisis Management Cell of Interior Ministry in his letter to Home Ministry Sindh disclosed that the sub-ordinate organisation of Al-Qaeda present in the tribal areas of Pakistan want to kidnap Pakistan People’s Party Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari during his visit to Karachi.
According to a private TV channel, the Interior Ministry’s Crisis Management Cell sent letters to IG Police Sindh, DG Rangers’ Sindh, Home Ministry Sindh in which it disclosed that the subordinate organization of Al-Qaeda want to kidnap Pakistan People’s Party Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari during his visit to Karachi; meanwhile the letter also disclosed that the group wanted to kidnap important personalities in Karachi.
The letter directed the secret agencies to keep close contacts during the stay of Bilawal Bhutto at Karachi; meanwhile the copies of letter were sent to military secretaries of president and prime minister and other high officials.
The Crisis Management Cell in its letter directed the IG police and DG rangers’ that they should tight the security of Karachi during the stay of Bilwal Bhutto at Karachi and make the list of people met with Bilawal Bhutto.
The letter cannot tell anything about the group but it was written that the group is operating in tribal areas.
