Lahore: Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) takes U turn on the Charity match that would be play by Pakistani cricketers in Canadian city Toronto. According to sources PCB director for international and national cricket affairs Intikhab Alam give the surety to the cricketers that he will took the permission from the Chairman PCB on behalf of the cricketers and Intikhab Alam also give the verbal permission to all the cricketers.
The Board officials ask the cricketers to submit a written application but due to the busy schedule of the cricketers for commercial shooting in Thailand they couldn’t submit it. Misbah-Ul-Haq and Shahid Afridi have already left the country on 2nd may.
The organizers of the match have been little tensed by the PCB response and according to the organizers all the tickets of the match have been sold and many people from America and Florida would be coming to see the Match.
Where as players have been issued the E-visa of Canada and the organizers of the match has requested the PCB to solve this issue as early as possible. Shahid Afridi, Muhammad Hafeez, Misbah-Ul-Haq, Saeed Ajmal and Hammad Azam have to feature in the match.
