London: It is said that problems makes life meaningful, interesting and active but if problems related to mental health complications they make hard to live a life. When a person gives up his/her problems, their mind seems to be ill due to which variety of mental and psychological disorders can take place. For the treatment of psychological and mental illness, many medicines are available in the market.
But according to a new study, turmeric is far more beneficial for the treatment of depression than conventional medicines. Use of ginger has been put in consideration from the beginning for the treatment of pain and injuries etc. which is also found in the ancient religious books. But new scientific research has revealed that turmeric is very helpful in the treatment of depression and the mental disorder illness (Alzheimer).
The magic of turmeric compounds have emerged during the research of the scientists, for the treatment of depression investigators used turmeric and medicine named Purzac (medical treatment of psychiatric illness) to learn the effects of a study on 60 patients. The study was divided into 3 groups, as in the course of 6 weeks, 1st group was given Purzac (20Mg), 2nd group was given only a mixture of turmeric and the last one was given Purzac medicine and mixture of turmeric both.
The results of the study revealed that those who took Purzac and turmeric together in a blend got 77.8 % result, 64.7 % result of those who took only Purzac while 62.5% improvement in those who used a mixture of turmeric only. But despite these results, investigators called turmeric the most beneficial because according to the study turmeric has no side effects in compare to the Purzac. Keeping these results in view researchers declared that turmeric is much better than Purzac. With the use of egg, vegetables and fish, the use of turmeric is very useful for human health because it not only saves you from several diseases but is also helpful in the treatment of pre-existing disease. Therefore turmeric must be made part of everyday in diets.
