Mumbai: Captain Zain Al Abidin who saved lives of 722 Muslims was deprived of taking house in Mumbai, India. Bundra is an area in the west of Mumbai where Muslim community is not allowed to buy houses or take them on rent. Even the most famous stars of Emraan Hashmi, Shahrukh Khan, Shabana Azmi also passed through this problem.
Captain Zain Al Abidin saved the life of 722 Indians who were going to Bahrain 1990s. These people were going through sea route. At that there was a dispute going on between Iran and Bahrain. When Captain reached Bahrain with passengers in the ship, at the same time Saddam Hussain the former dictator of Iraq waged war on Bahrain.
Indian Passengers were stuck in Bahrain for whole one month with very less items to eat or drink. “At that moment I helped those 722 people by putting my life in danger”, said Mr. Zain. He also said that I helped those people and now my life is being bullied in Mumbai.
In Bundra the majority of residents belong to Hindu religion where Muslims are not allowed to live. Previously some of the famous Muslim actors of Bollywood were also deprived of taking housed in the same area. In those actors were Emraan Hashmi, Shahrukh Khan and Shabana Azmi.
