Misbah Batted Slowly In WC Semi Final On Afridi’s Instructions: Sarfraz Nawaz

sarfraz nawazLahore: Following the further revealing reports by British journalist regarding alleged Pakistan-India fixed Semi Final match in World Cup 2011, former Test fast bowler Sarfaraz Nawaz has said that the discovery about the match fixing by English journalist and further development in the case are not timely and if anything was behind this then he should have revealed right after the match.

Talking to media, former fast bowler and cricket analyst demanded the International Cricket Council to investigate the matter. He said that the PCB must file a case against the concerned bookie.

Sarfaraz also claimed that Misbah ul Haq told him that Shahid Afridi instructed him to play slowly in the Semi Final and remain on the pitch till the end. He said that the final match between India and Sri Lanka looks fixed necessarily.
