The inauguration ceremony of Pakistan Super League (PSL) was held earlier this year supervised by the Chairman Pakistan Cricket Board Zaka Ashraf. The idea of PSL is to resume International cricket to Pakistan. Pakistan Board is making contact with other cricket boards but most of them have shown concerns over the security issues.
England Cricket Board has already shown a hint of not taking part in the event. Indian Board has already restricted their players to play any other such leagues like IPL, Bangladesh could only be the test playing county which could be hoped to send their players, but the recent attitude from the Pakistan board of not issuing the NOC to Pakistan players and not letting them play in the BPL may result in complete rejection from Bangladesh Cricket Board to participate in the event.
PCB has taken a step to bring back the international cricket to Pakistan, it would be before time to suggest what will happen but unfortunately the plans seems to go in vain.
