Environment Week From 30th May To 5th June In Sindh

Karachi: Department Of Environment Sindh will observe Environment Week from 30th May to 5th June, aiming to raise the awareness among the residents about the protection of atmosphere and environment. It also intends to start practical struggle to eradicate pollution and build a stronger link with the city, Provincial Minister Environment Shaikh Mohammad Afzal expressed this while addressing the press conference about the preparations for Earth Day.

Director General Institute of Environmental Protection Sindh Rafiuddin and Director Technical Waqar Phal Phuto were also present on the occasion.

Provincial Minsiter that environmental pollution is a serious issue and we have to solve it with collectively efforts. He further said that the restaurants on Sea sides are becoming the major reason in the rise of pollution.
