[junkie-alert style=”white”]Culture can be classified in human societies into two ways; an external formal aspect and an inner ideological aspect.[/junkie-alert]The external form of culture indicates the well organized of its inner ideological aspect. They both are the basic or crucial component social structure. The influence of parent organism with social structure modified the society changes. Cultural problem can’t study easily. I.e. Political and economical problems are directly proportional to each other. If political system will stable then mechanically economical system will also stable.
The Cultural problems of underdeveloped countries can be solved in the larger perspective and understood in the context with underlying the social problems. In the larger context these problems were being followed from a long years by imperialist and that should not required much elaboration with the time being.[junkie-alert style=”white”] Between the sixteenth and nineteenth century European imperialism caught up with Asia, Africa or Latin America. [/junkie-alert]
In these context some of them were to promote and to progress the beyond primitive pastoral tribalism. Other was busy in fairly developed feudal societies with tradition of advanced feudal culture. Due to destabilization in political independence the social and culture development has frozen.
The culture in these feudal societies, more intellectual and technical with the excellence, was prohibited for small privileged class. Primitive tribal culture had little intellectual cartel. Both feudal and tribal societies were living in the same homeland and were constantly engaged in racial, tribal and religious or others feuds with tribal and feudal rivals. This is the basic ground studies for social and cultural connection among the newly liberated countries by their fare overloads.
