Hamza Shahbaz will contest from NA-124 & PP-146 while Maryam Nawaz will participate in elections on NA-127 & PP-173. Lahore is considered PMLN stronghold.

PTI Chairman Imran Khan will only contest elections for National Assembly:

- NA-243 (Karachi)
Chaudhry Nisar:
Ex-Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar who is participating in the elections as independent candidate will contest from Rawalpindi, NA-59, NA-63, PP-10 & PP-12.
Haroon Sultan:
Syed Haroon Sultan Bukhari will contest General Elections of 2018 from these four constituencies of Muzaffargarh:
