Karachi: Pakistani Cricket All rounder Shahid Khan Afridi is preparing himself for upcoming mega events. Shahid Afridi is looking eye for World Cup 2015. On other hand, he also said that he will leave national squad if he will face injuries or bad performance. Talking to media in National Stadium Karachi, 33 years all rounder said that he is trying best to stay fit for cricket. Shahid Afridi so called Black Magic has ended and now he is passionate to perform.
Shahid Afridi said that his batting is improving now but he also accepted decline in bowling. Afridi couldn’t get a single wicket in last six matches. Now I am fully focusing on my bowling, Afridi told media. Commenting on Misbah-Hafeez Conflict News, Afridi said there is no such thing in team.
Afridi also requested Selectors that if they would want to drop me from squad then tell me with respect. Though Shahid Afridi couldn’t perform well in last 10 matches, his 88 runs inning in Johannesburg proved that he is still a match winner player.
Shahid Afridi told media that he has mentally prepared himself for World Cup 2015. He also said that Pakistan would perform well in Champions Trophy 2013 which will start in June.
