Karachi: Many rumors and buzzing have been going around here in Pakistan regarding the ban on Indian film ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ in the country, which is set to release on August 15 worldwide. The film is apparently based on the activities of Top Intelligence agencies of both the countries and it is said the film has been made to malign the honor of ISI.
Vast number of population living here has demanded the authorities to ensure a severe ban on the release of Salman Khan’s new movie.
They say that the people of Pakistan are emotionally attached with the Nation’s Army and Highest Intelligence Institution and could never see anything against it which the film is going to project.
Earlier, a letter was issued by the Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority to all satellite TV channels and cable network to to refrain from airing movie promos in the country as they too felt it anti-ISI.
However, the central film Censor Board of Pakistan dispelled rumors about the ban on the film as it found no reason to ban it from theatres.
