Karachi: ODI Captain of Pakistani Cricket Team Azhar Ali and middle order batsman Asad Shafiq will perform Hajj next month. According to the media reports, both the players of Pakistani cricket team will go to Saudi Arabia on 17th of September to perform fifth pillar of Islam, Hajj. Both the players will be returned back to home on 27th of September and will go to Zimbabwe for joining the team, from the next flight just after their arrival in Pakistan. Both the players are not included in the T 20 squad of Pakistan.
Pakistani newspaper has also reported that Azhar Ali and Asad Shafiq will perform 10 days Hajj with special scheme. Previously many Pakistani cricketers have also performed Hajj in the last 5 years including Shahid Afridi, Ahmed Shehzad, Misbah ul Haq and Umar Akmal.
First One Day International between Pakistan and Zimbabwe will be played on 1st of October 2015 in Harare Sports Club Zimbabwe. However T-20 series and Test series will be also played between both the teams during this tour. Shahid Afridi will lead Pakistani T-20 team in Zimbabwe.
First T 20 match between both teams will be played on 26th September, 2015.
