Asma Jahangir Announces To Fight For Hussain Haqqani’s Right

Lahore: Former President of Supreme Court bar association, Asma Jahangir said she will handle expelled ambassador Hussain Haqqani’s Memo case. She informed this to Haqqani’s wife Farah Naz Asfahani through phone call. Asma Jahangir also told her that she will get 4000 rupees for fee charges as Symbolic.

Earlier, Asma Jahangir apologized to defend Hussain Haqqani in Memogate case and she told that she don’t want to become part of this case. A media source told that Asma decided to defend Haqqani after consultation with some senior lawyer. Another media source disclosed that she want to provide justice to Haqqani as he is still innocent but Haqqani was treated as criminal.
