The government of Indian held Kashmir on one side wants to end the special authority given to the forces by claiming the betterment of situation, while on the other side the forces continuously arresting kids.
The five kids arrested on Sunday were presented before the court on last day; meanwhile the court directed to arrest the kids in Juvenile Home.
Mohsin 11, and Burhan 13, arrested from the Noor Bagh village in a fearful voice said that they are badly beaten, tore their dress and abused by the forces during arrest; meanwhile the parents of the kids also staged protest against the government in the court premises.
The weeping mother of Mohsin questioned, who says the situation here has been improved, nothing is right here and the force forcefully entered in houses and arrested kids, is it right?
The government on the protest of human right organization established a special Juvenile home for the children.
During the proceeding of the case in the court the police said that the kids were arrested in police station on the accusation of throwing stone on the forces; meanwhile the arrests takes place in such a time when the militant action decreased and the government promised to repel the special authorities given to forces.
Chief Minister Umar Abdullah has said that there is no need of the laws implementation to stop the violent activities.
Lawyer Abdul Rasheed Hanjoro has said that hundreds of children having ages less than 18 years are under arrest in different jails and the government considers them as mature, adding that the government is coating it law and we want amendment in this law.
It is worth mentioning here that CM Umar Abdullah on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitar had said that the youth which was not involved in murder and putting fires were released, but the arrest of youth continued on basis of throwing stones on forces and raising slogans against India.
