Noor-ul-Haq Qadri was born in 1970 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. He started his political career in 2002, he was elected to National Assembly from constituency NA-45.
He participated in General Elections of 2008 as an independent candidate and won from other independent candidate by receiving 13, 876 votes.
He also participated in General Elections of 2013 but he lost his seat to Alhaj Shah Jee Gul Afridi.
Then in General Elections of 2018 he elected as a National Assembly candidate of PTI from NA-43 and defeated Alhaj Shah Jee Gul Afridi. After this success he was selected as Minister of Religious Affairs under Federal Cabinet of Prime Minister Imran Khan.
