Meizu M5 is a low budget smartphone which amazingly comes with a fingerprint scanner. The smartphone is available in Pakistani markets at a price of Rs. 15,000 but before purchasing the device compare its feature with other similar range mobile phones such as Xiaomi Redmi 3.
Chinese firm Meizu launched the device at the end of last year and it is still available in Pakistani markets because of its low cost and greater features.

Design: Like all other budgeted mobile phones this comes with a plastic shell which is strong enough to protect the device but fails to look attractive. The edges are curved to make the grip comfortable but it becomes slippery within minutes of use.
Display: The 5.1 inch display is large enough to perform all tasks and works very well in daylight. The display is sharp even if viewed from extreme angles but it fails to provide full HD resolution.
Camera: The primary camera is 13 MP which comes with a flash while the secondary camera at the front is just 5 megapixels. During day time the primary camera gives great shots but in night it’s as poor as any other low budget smartphone.
Battery: The battery results are good but not as good as Xiaomi Redmi 3. It lasts a day while the rival Redmi can last up to 2 days.
Review: If you want a smartphone with latest software, finger print scanner & better performance then you should go for Meizu but if you want better pictures, HD quality video recording, excessive battery and better looks than Xiaomi Redmi 3 is the option.
