Ginger and Turmeric are known for their inflammatory characteristics. They are being used from centuries to treat joint and body pains. Turmeric contains curcumin which is a effective antioxidant.
Just boil 2 cups of water, add ½ teaspoon ginger powder and ½ teaspoon turmeric and let it to boil on low temperature.
Another treatment is called Epsom salt remedy. This salt is easily available through major marts and medical shops. Take this and add 1/22 cup in your bath tub. Then remain in the tub so that the salt is absorbed by the body.
