Drinking 8 glasses of water a day is recommended by everyone, especially doctors always ask patients to drink plenty of water. Knowing that more than 50% of our body is water we can understand why they pay so much attention on it.

2) A glass of water should be the first thing we should intake at morning because it removes the toxin from our body which have been circulating in our body during the whole night.

4) Water should also be taken before going to bed because it is required during the detoxification during night.
5) It should also be taken before and following physical activity whether it is workout, jogging or playing some games.
