DELHI: The Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has offered to produce polio vaccine to SAARC countries. According to Indian media, Narendra Modi has said in his address at SAARC summit that India will not only cooperate in monitoring and supervising to those countries where polio virus is spreading but also it will produce polio vaccine to such countries.
The India Prime Minister Narendra Modi has said that Pakistan, Afghanistan and Nigeria are the only three countries where polio virus is found. Narendra Modi has announced during his address that India will allocate additional fund in order to build regional Supera Reference Laboratory concerning anti-TB and HIV.
The Indian media have further said that the Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi has further promised in his speech at SAARC summit that India will sell pentavalant vaccine and in this regard, India will ensure timely issuance of medical visas.
On the other hand, people are seen talking about Narendra Modi and Nawaz Sharif’s meeting at SAARC summit. Before their meeting, the prime ministers of both the countries stayed away from each other and a clear frown could be seen in both the prime ministers. However, analysts have termed their meeting a good omen.
