Karachi: People are expecting that like last few years Sindh Government will announce public holiday on 4th April (Thursday) on the occasion of 34th death anniversary of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) founder Zulfikar Ali Bhutto.
Last year government offices, colleges and schools remained closed on 4th April. Parents are hoping that this day is not declared as public holiday as it will only cause problem in students’ educations. Because of law and order situation in the city schools and colleges have remained closed on many occasions.
According to our correspondent it is expected that 4th April will not be declared as public holiday as PPP led government has completed its term and now interim government is present therefore they are not interested in giving holiday on 4th April.
