Karachi: The hearing of the law and order case of Karachi took place in the Supreme Court Karachi Registry headed by Justice Anwar Zaheer Jamali. While the proceedings started the, Justice Zaheer gave his remarks that the Government should take care of the land owned by it.
Surveys should be made by the government on its properties and there is no need of court orders in this practice. The Advocate General Sindh Abdul Fattah requested that one year time should be given to complete the survey. The Court ordered to complete the survey with in three months.
The court also directed the IG Sindh that all the vehicles in Karachi which are without number plates should be taken under the custody as soon as possible. According to the reports we have received there are more than eight thousand Talibans in the metropolitan city, justice Anwar added.
