Slow left-armer Suppiah’s world record figures bettered Pakistan Sohail Tanvir’s 6 for 14 for Rajasthan against Chennai in an Indian Premier League match at Jaipur in May 2008, came from 3.4 overs as Glamorgan was all out for 98 runs.
In reply Somerset got the target in 15th over, West Indian Kieron Pollard finishing unbeaten on 31 from 20 balls.
