Government of Sindh has announced public holiday in province (Karachi, Hyderabad and all cities, districts of Sindh) on the occasion of 37th death anniversary of Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto like previous years. Notification has been issued in this regard.
Recently a notification of Sindh Government become viral in which it was stated that a sum of Rs 25 million rupees had been approved for expenditure to be incurred on 37th death anniversary of Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto on April 4th, 2016.

Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has now ordered inquiry for Rs 25million funds allocated for ZAB Death Anniversary. There were also news that Bilawal declared 4th April a public Holiday in Sindh.

Many on social media are asking that does Bilawal have the authority to do these things? Will anyone in REAL Power Question these orders?
It is for sure that no one will answer this question nor any inquiry will be conducted on this issue. It is also pertinent to mention here that it is not only Bilawal who do these things many other political leaders who have no authorities in government but dictates institutions.
