1. Control Your Weight:
The easiest way to control your high blood pressure is controlling your weight. People who have higher weight suffer from more from High Blood Pressure. Though weights and waist measurement differ from country to country the general measurement should be 40 or 35 inches for man & women respectively. 2. Eat Good:
When you are on a mission to reduce your high blood pressure you should avoid food with cholesterol and saturated fat by following these simple rules:
- Never buy anything if you don’t know how much fat, cholesterol or calories it contains.
- Say Good bye to soft drinks and sodas at they increase your weight and may also affect your blood pressure.
- Try to calculate the calories, fat, cholesterol you intake in a single day, and with passage of time try to reduce it.
- Eat fruits as they contain potassium which helps in reducing the blood pressure.
3. Exercise Daily:
Regular Exercise helps in reducing Blood pressure up to 9 (mm HG). But this exercise should be regular and consistent. You can choose exercise which you like whether it’s swimming or cycling, it will help you in reducing weight.

4. Lesser Sodium Intake:
